The NBN in Armidale - it's alive!
Did you know that Armidale is Ground Zero for the NBN? Right here in Armidale, the first mainland users got access to the fibre network of the NBN. The number of users has grown at an amazing rate over the past few years, and the knowledge about it has been increasing. Every day, in a huge number of ways, people are discovering new and interesting things to do with their NBN connection. I feel that this city now has a wealth of knowledge about how to use this network, and it would make sense to share the knowledge! Also to dispel some of the ridiculous myths about the NBN. If you have the NBN, you are welcome to come and share your experiences, as well as pick the brains of likeminded people who are also using it in their loungerooms! If you wat to find out about the NBN, who better to talk to than people who are ALREADY USING IT! Not some salesman, or politician... Armidale is known as an education centre - the NBN is an important part of that! Armidale is leading the way in having this network, so putting a bunch of the people who use it every day and adding beer seemed a logical Australian conclusion. - Jack McCaw Plans compared for NBN
